"My painting is of Victoria Gardens in Neath. St David’s church tower is an iconic landmark in Neath, and Victoria Gardens, or "the Gardens" as everyone calls it is a lovely oasis in the town centre with a beautiful Victorian bandstand. I painted this last summer. The gardens were locked down until recently."
